Job Description

Salary: $153,800 - 153,800 per year Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in technical specialization, solution design, and architecture
• 5+ years of experience with databases such as SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or Kinesis
• 7+ years of experience consulting on, designing, and implementing serverless distributed solutions
• 5+ years of software development experience using an object-oriented programming language
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions, systems, networking, and operating systems
• 7+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale projects in internal or external customer-facing roles
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and solution implementation
• Bachelors degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
• Preferred: advanced technology degree or AWS Professional-level certification
• Preferred: knowledge of AWS services across compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
• Preferred: knowledge of security and compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR
• Preferred: experience optimizing performance and managing costs in cloud environments
• Preferred: experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre-sales settings

• Support our business development team in shaping a strategy to drive AWS adoption across the targeted industry verticals
• Guide customers through successful application, software, and service builds and migrations using the AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Educate enterprise customers on AWS value and take part in in-depth architecture discussions to ensure cloud-ready solutions
• Deliver one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions for customers considering or already using AWS
• Capture and share best practices across our solutions architecture community
• Contribute to customer-facing publications such as blogs and whitepapers
• Build strong relationships with senior technical stakeholders to help them become cloud advocates
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support
