Job Description
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-driven Logistics Clerk to join our team at our Yaphank, NY distribution facility. In this role, you will support our daily office and shipping operations by processing paperwork, communicating with carriers, and keeping tracking databases updated.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify daily documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and shipping labels.
- Contact freight carriers and couriers to schedule pick-ups, track shipments, and request status updates.
- Accurately update order statuses, tracking numbers, and inventory movements in our computer system (ERP/WMS).
- Act as a helpful point of contact between office teams, warehouse staff, and delivery drivers.
- Audit freight bills for accuracy, organize shipping files, and keep administrative records up to date.
- Help look into minor delivery delays or paperwork errors to keep shipments moving smoothly.
