Personal Assistant to Founders

Emerging Venture Program — Europe / USA / Asia

The Role

We're hiring an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a small founding team (3+) inside our Emerging Venture Program. This is not a desk job, and it isn't a job where you spend your day buried in admin.

We run an 80% AI / 20% human model. Tech handles the grunt work — drafting, scheduling, research, transcription, expense capture, travel coordination, briefing prep. That leverage exists for one reason: so you can pour your time and attention into the only thing that actually matters — making every person we speak to feel like the most important person in the world.

You will be the operational backbone for founders who are building at speed, moving between major industry events, founder offsites, and the company yacht — a 60% travel / 40% base location split across Europe, the USA, and Asia, depending on where the active program cohort is running. The setting is genuinely one of a kind. The standards are high. How We Work — 80% AI, 20% You

Roughly 80% of the workflow runs on AI and digital systems. That isn't a gimmick — it's the operating model. We expect you to:

• Capture every meeting with a digital voice recorder and AI transcription, and turn raw audio into clean summaries with action items within the hour
• Use AI to draft first-pass emails, briefings, itineraries, and follow-ups — then add the human polish before anything goes out
• Build and maintain automated systems for travel, expenses, contact management, and event logistics
• Stay current on tools, swap them out as better ones land, and have opinions about your stack

The remaining 20% is what only a human can deliver — presence, warmth, discretion, judgement, hospitality, reading a room. That is the job. Tech buys you the time. You spend it on people.
